Imperial Officer

The Imperial Officer is the generic, line-level Imperial military NPC that commands trooper patrols and garrisons Imperial outposts across the galaxy. He sits below the elite Stormtrooper Commander in the encounter hierarchy and serves as the everyday mid-level Imperial encounter for Rebel-aligned players running GCW missions.

Role in the galaxy

Imperial Officers anchor Imperial bases and patrol routes alongside their trooper escorts. They are one of the canonical sources of the Imperial Blaster Rifle — the standard-issue heavy weapon used by Imperial forces — and they round out the Imperial loot economy with medallions and faction-themed cosmetics. They are the most common officer-class spawn in any Imperial encampment scene.

Where to find them

Imperial outposts and garrison camps on Corellia, Naboo, and Tatooine host Imperial Officer spawns alongside their line troopers. The officers regularly drop Imperial Blaster Rifles and Imperial Medallions, making them a reliable mid-level farming target for Rifleman and Commando players hunting their faction-themed gear.
