Corellia

Corellia is one of the galaxy’s Core Worlds, the most populated and most urbanized planet in SWG. Its strategic location and CorSec planetary police force have kept it formally independent of Imperial domination, but its cities are contested by both factions and Corellia takes a full role in the Planetary Control Game meta.

In the galaxy

Corellia hosts six NPC cities — Bela Vistal (Imperial stronghold), Coronet, Doaba Guerfel, Kor Vella, Tyrena, and Vreni Island (Rebel stronghold) — making it the most city-dense planet alongside Tatooine. The CorSec Squadron trains pilots out of Coronet under Sergeant Rhea, and CorSec patrols give Corellia a unique third-party law-enforcement presence beyond the usual Imperial/Rebel split.

Key locations

The northwestern mountains hide a rumored Rebel base that Imperial forces have never confirmed, and the wilderness is contested by Nyax, Drall, and Afarathu terror cells. Beyond the cities, named POIs include the Abandoned Bunker, the Drall Patriot’s Cave, the Rogue CorSec Base, the Tactical Training Facility, and the Grand Theater of Vreni Island. The Agrilat Crystal Swamps in the south are visually striking and a common mid-level grinding zone.

Notable for

Corellia is the planet players come to for pilot training (CorSec or Alliance), city life, and urban architecture. Corellian Style Architecture can only be built on Corellia and Talus, making it a construction destination. The dense city coverage also makes it a default home base for entertainers, crafters, and traders who want walking access to multiple starports and player markets.
