Naboo is the Core-adjacent green world that most new players visit second after Tatooine. It is widely considered the easiest planet in the game: most native wildlife is non-aggressive, the climate is pleasant, and rolling hills and waterfalls keep travel between cities visually rewarding.

In the galaxy

Politically Naboo is contested. Dee’ja Peak flies the Imperial flag and Moenia the Rebel one, and the planetary capital Theed hosts the royal court alongside an active Imperial garrison. The Empire’s reach extends all the way to the Emperor’s private retreat in the Lake Country, turning the planet into a soft Imperial stronghold despite its neutral-seeming surface charm.

Key locations

Naboo has five major NPC cities — Dee’ja Peak, Kaadara, Keren, Moenia, and Theed — built in the distinctive green-domed Naboo architecture that players can replicate on Naboo, Rori, and Dantooine. Theed contains the Palace, the spaceport with the Phantom Menace duel hangar, and the planet’s main starport. The Imperial themepark anchors out of the Emperor’s Retreat near Moenia, and Borvo’s Vault, Amidala’s Beach, and the Gungan Sacred Place fill out the questable POI set.

Notable for

Naboo is the destination for the Imperial themepark and a major crafting and city-building hub thanks to its safe wilderness and dense city coverage. The Keren Street Race remains one of the better-known minigames, and the planet’s reliable transport options make it a popular base for entertainers and crafters. Naboo also sits one shuttle hop from its moon Rori, where the contested PvP city of Restuss lives.
