Housing

19 housing records in the database

Housing in Star Wars Galaxies is the Player City surface — the structures players plant on their character's lot allowance and the decoration economy that fills those structures. Every serious player has at least one house; every chartered guild has a guild hall; every crafter has a [factory](/database/housing/factory-deed/) and a fleet of [harvesters](/database/housing/harvester-deed/) somewhere on a resource spawn. The system is one of the longest-running player economies in the MMO genre, and the variety of deeds, furniture, and trophy items keeps the housing market alive on Restoration today.

SWGDB tracks residential, civic, and decoration housing in one collection: small / medium / large houses in Naboo, Tatooine, and Corellian aesthetics; guild halls and Player City civic buildings; the factory deed and harvester deed that drive the crafting economy; and the furniture, banners, rugs, and trophy decor that fill the interiors.

Categories at a glance

  • Houses

Single-family residences — small, medium, and large deeds in Naboo, Tatooine, and Corellian styles. Lot cost scales with footprint.

  • Civic & guild structures

Guild halls, cantinas, factories, harvesters, and merchant tents — the non-residential structures that make Player Cities and the crafting economy run.

  • Furniture & decoration

Tables, desks, rugs, banners, and lamps that fill house interiors. Faction-themed and planet-themed sets dominate the high-end decoration economy.

  • Trophies & rares

Heroic-kill commemoratives, novelty cages, and rare boss drops. The status signals of a decorated residence.

The structure of this page — intro, category overview, full record index — is modeled on the canonical SWG Restoration community housing references at swgr.org/wiki/ (structural deeds + furniture) and the matching SWG Fandom housing pages. SWGDB extends those patterns with typed metadata, schema.org markup, and per-record cross-links to the rest of the database.
