Factory Deed

Factory Deed — placeholder image

The Factory Deed plants a player-owned production facility on a lot — a structure that consumes raw resources from input hoppers and produces finished items in bulk from a stored schematic. It is one of the most-used non-residential structures in the game and the backbone of every serious crafter’s day-to-day operation.

Role in the galaxy

A master Weaponsmith, Armorsmith, or Shipwright runs factories continuously — stocking input hoppers with vendor-bought components and high-quality resources, then collecting the finished crates the next day. Without factories the crafting economy could not produce items at the scale the game demands.

How to obtain

Crafted by an Architect from the structures schematic tree. Multiple factory variants exist for different output types (item, structure, food, clothing), all sharing the one-lot footprint and the same input-hopper / output-bin pattern.
