Champion of Mustafar
Champion of Mustafar is one of the two flagship quest arcs of the Trials of Obi-Wan expansion and remains one of the most popular end-game chains in SWG. The arc begins simply but eventually reveals a plot to destroy Mustafar itself, sending the player through Old Republic ruins, ancient mining sites, and finally the central volcano.
How to start
The chain is gated to the Trials of Obi-Wan expansion content on Mustafar. Players must travel to the planet via the Mustafar starport and accept the opening leg from the Mustafar quest hub. The first phases can be soloed, but later missions — substantially harder after Publish 29’s AI overhaul — effectively require a full group of CL85+ players.
Rewards summary
The arc’s marquee reward is the YT-2400 starship deed, dropped by HK-47 in the final mission. The YT-2400 is certified for the Master Pilot box across all space professions; faction does not gate flight. It carries two player-controlled turrets and two cockpit seats, like other player-occupied bulk ships. The deed is lootable by only one player per run, but the final fight is repeatable so an entire group can eventually each loot one. The arc also drops the Jedi Master Cloak, a long-sought end-game wearable.
Strategy tips
