Jetpack

The Jetpack is a Mitrinomon Z-6-modeled personal transportation item, modeled after Boba Fett’s signature jetpack. In SWG lore the Death Watch is suspected of experimenting with mass production of the design to equip its private army.

How to acquire

The Jetpack can only be crafted by Engineering-specialized Traders, and the craft must be performed inside the Death Watch Bunker on Endor — the same dungeon that gates Mandalorian Armor. It is fully tradeable, which is unusual for end-game gear, and turns the item into a high-value bazaar listing rather than a no-trade reward.

Why it matters

Performance is rated maximum across speed, acceleration, climb, and turn. The vehicle is single-occupant with 1,500 health points, and in the NGE it grants a Glancing Blow chance modifier of 80% against ranged attacks (no protection in Pre-CU). It is immune to lava damage and can be restored at any Garage for 31,500 credits if disabled. Together with Mandalorian Armor, the Jetpack is the most visible “you have completed end-game” status item in the game.
