In Star Wars Galaxies the X-Wing is the headline single-seat starfighter of the Rebel pilot tree. It is the direct counterpart to the Imperial TIE Fighter — better-shielded, slightly slower, equipped with a hyperdrive that the TIE/ln lacks. Players fly it through space-zone PvE encounters and against Imperial pilots in the GCW space conflict.

How to obtain

A player joins the Rebel Alliance pilot career, completes the introductory pilot certification, and earns the X-Wing as the entry-tier Rebel starship. A mastered Shipwright crafts components and weapon upgrades from pilot-reward blueprints.

Variants
