Geonosian Power Cube

The Geonosian Power Cube is a sealed energy core dropped by the Geonosian forces inhabiting the Geonosian Cave (also known as the Geonosian Bio Lab) on Yavin IV. Its hexagonal Geonosian-tech aesthetic matches the Sonic Blasters and Geonosian Sonic Cannons that share the same loot table.

How to acquire

Power Cubes drop from Geonosian bosses inside the Geonosian Cave encounter on Yavin IV. The cave is one of the canonical end-game group instances in SWG, and like other cave loot the cube appears on a rotating drop table rather than a guaranteed boss reward. Higher-tier boss kills produce them at notably higher rates.

Why it matters

Power Cubes are a schematic ingredient for several powered weapon and droid-component recipes that rely on Geonosian energy tech as a feed stock. They sit alongside the Geonosian Sonic Blaster as evidence of the cave’s role in the player economy — the cave does not just give weapons, it also feeds the longer crafting chains that produce more.
