DH17 Pistol

The DH17 Pistol is a craftable blaster pistol produced by Munitions Traders. It unlocks at the Munition Essentials II skill tier around level 26 — one of the earliest “named” pistol schematics a trader learns. In Star Wars canon the DH-17 is the standard sidearm carried by Rebel troopers boarding the Tantive IV in Episode IV.

How to acquire

Crafted from 85 Ferrous Metal, 40 Metal, and 28 Inert Petrochemical, plus a Blaster Pistol Barrel Component and a Ranged Weapon Core. Optional Weapon Scope and Weapon Stock components each add +1% damage. Experimentation focuses on max- and min-damage modifiers with shock resistance as a secondary stat.

Why it matters

The DH17 is the early-career pistol schematic that most players first see on a trader vendor. Its low resource cost and broad availability make it a baseline sidearm for new Officers, Smugglers, and Bounty Hunters before they progress to higher-tier pistols.
